Context
Chloé, a globally recognised fashion house, sought to go beyond surface-level sustainability by embedding a comprehensive initiative throughout its operations. The ambition was clear: to create tangible, positive impact for both people and the planet, while centring women at the heart of the change. The challenge lay in the execution, ensuring that this vision for sustainable fashion and brand purpose translated into action across Chloé’s entire ecosystem, from supply chain to workforce to community.
To meet this, we pitched a concept Chloé Futures, a purpose-driven sustainability initiative rooted in the belief that empowering women is essential to driving systemic transformation. We conceptualised the initiative, crafting a clear vision and toolkit that could scale internally. Through strategic templates, creative concepts, and practical formats, we ideated with Chloé a versatile foundation to bring Futures to life, whether in team workshops, supplier conversations, or stakeholder briefings.

Results
Though systemic change doesn’t happen overnight, Chloé Futures has the potential to position the brand as a catalyst. It aims to inspire action at every level of the organisation and reinforces Chloé’s commitment to using its global influence to support women as agents of transformation.
